House Rules

1. Check-In / Check-Out • Check-in: 4:00 PM or later • Check-out: 10:00 AM sharp • Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance. 2. Guest Limit • Maximum occupancy: 16 guests (or your chosen number) • Only registered guests are allowed on the property. 3. No Parties or Unauthorized Events • No parties, loud gatherings, or events without prior approval. • Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. 4. No Smoking • No smoking or vaping inside the home. • Smoking is allowed outside only, away from doors and windows. • Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. 5. No Pets (Unless Approved in Advance) • Pets are not allowed unless you approve them ahead of time. • Additional pet fees may apply. 6. Respect for Neighbors • Keep noise levels down, especially during quiet hours. • Do not block driveways, roads, or neighbor property. 7. Parking • Park only in designated parking areas. • No parking on the grass unless stated otherwise. 8. Cleanliness Expectations • Please wash dishes after use. • Throw away trash in the designated bins. • Do not leave food out that may attract insects or wildlife. 9. Damage & Breakage • Report any damage or issues immediately. • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the stay. 10. Safety & Security • Lock doors and windows when leaving the property. • Do not disable smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors. • Children must be supervised at all times. 11. Appliances & Utilities • Use appliances as instructed (AC, heat, fireplaces, stove, jacuzzi, etc.). • Do not move furniture without permission. 12. Prohibited Activities • No illegal activities, drugs, or firearms on the property. • No fireworks. • No re-decorating or altering the home. 13. Hot Tub / Jacuzzi Rules • Shower before entering. • No horseplay. • No glass near the hot tub. • Do not overflow the tub. • Children under 18 must be supervised. 14. Fireplace Rules • Use only provided wood. • Use long lighter only. • Keep the glass closed while fireplace is in use. • No children near the fireplace. 15. Outdoor Areas • Clean up after using outdoor spaces. • Do not disturb wildlife. • Ensure all doors to decks and patios are secured when not in use. 16. Lost & Found • Items left behind will be held for 14 days. • Shipping costs for returning items are paid by the guest. 17. Additional Fees • Unauthorized early check-in or late check
